You will have exclusive access to the entire property during your stay. The pool and spa are private.  The house is a short 5 minute drive to PSP airport and all of the wonderful bars and restaurants downtown (we have many recommendations for you!).  The house also includes two bikes, helmets and a bike pump if riding is more your style. Our neighborhood has bike paths to keep you safe while you ride.  The city allows two cars (maximum) to be parked at the property, both can fit comfortably in the driveway.  The property manager is available 24/7 if you need anything.  The house is located at the end of a quiet cul de sac.   It's a 5 minute to walk to a grocery store and pharmacy, a 5 minute drive to downtown and 45 minutes to Joshua Tree National Park.  We recommend a car, the driveway can comfortably park two cars.  We also provide two bikes and helmets for your use.  • The pool and hot tub require a lot of natural gas to heat, so using these will incur a daily fee of $50. This will be billed prior to your arrival if you request it.  • The house allows pet dogs, a one-time deep cleaning fee of $200 will be applied to bookings with dogs.
